The Count of Monte Cristo / Gran Cantante!!

Edmond Dantes, a young sailor from Marseille, is being dragged in chains to the Chateau d'If, a state prison. He protests his innocence, but the jailors laugh and torment him before locking him up in solitary confinement. A few short hours before, Dantes had returned to Marseille from a voyage at sea and been reunited with his fiancée, Mercedes. Her father, Pierre Morrel, promoted Dantes to captain as a wedding gift to the couple. Into the middle of this celebration came the soldiers to arrest Dantes. He is sure he has done nothing that is against the law, and promises Mercedes he will return soon. Then abruptly we realize that the story is being narrated by a bunch of high school kids, who are studying the book "The Count of Monte Cristo" in order to do a play. In their squabblings about dramatic interpretation, the kids summarize the more complicated parts of the story.

This show represents the beginning of another era for the Star troupe with the emergence of the troupe's top star, Makoto Rei, and a fresh start led by a new top pair comprising of herself and Hitomi Maisora. Rei will be a ray, radiating light along with her shining Star troupe members as they sing and dance with fervor upon the stage. In this show, the gorgeous songs and choreography are all designed around themes of beauty and light.

A dramatization of the life of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart beginning from the age of 17 culminating with his death in 1791 at the age of 35. -- Passion - José and Carmen -- Based on motifs in Mérimée's original work "Carmen," Don José is destined to be at the mercy of Carmen. His attraction to her passion is portrayed in this musical work. -- Apasionado!! III -- Apasionado in Spanish means "hot" or "the passion of man." To the theme of "heat," its various forms are incorporated into this revue, such as in hot rhythms, heated emotions, burning love, and the flames of jealousy. People will gamble their lives in the name of passion. It was performed by Moon Troupe in 2008, led by Sena Jun and in 2009 by Oozora Yuuhi of Cosmos Troupe. A staged piece overflowing with adult atmosphere, a brush-up will be delivered.
