Evil mastermind Otto van Walrus will stop at nothing to fuel his powerful mobile fortress. Even if that means chopping all the trees in Taigasville. The sleepy citizens of the arctic town know nothing of his nefarious actions except for Tic, the dreamy member of the Puffins Impossible team. With his connection to nature, every tree cut leaves him weaker until he's completely sapped of his powers. It's up to his mighty feathered comrades, Didi Damage, Tactik and Mega Pie with the help of Johnny Puff to help Tic regain his strength and confront the diabolical Otto before the last tree falls forever.

On a tiny colony world named Carmine, young women known as Songstresses inherit the generation memories of those who came before them, using their knowledge to help a populace that suffers under the harsh policies of the ruling interplanetary league. Newly reborn as a Songstress, 16-year-old Bellin Ajelli sets off a holy pilgrimage across the planet. Rumors of a possible terrorist attack result in Prince Truhallon of the militant Donau Empire being sent in to protect her, but his very presence is the antithesis of everything Bellin stands for. Some of the theatre singers may have actually thrown in a yodel or two.

It is approaching mid-November in Dogpatch and this his bad news for all the bachelors, including Li'l Abner, as "Sadie Hawkins Day" is nearing. That is the day that all the bachelors in Dogpatch have to run in the race in which all the unmarried homely gals---which is all of them except Daisy Mae Scragg and Moonbeam McSwine--and old maids and grass widows then chase the bachelors and can marry the one they catch before sundown. Confirmed-bachelor Li'l Abner, as always, is the prime-target as the prize catch and Daisy Mae, as always, has a new plan that will ensure she catches him.
