On the third anniversary of Nico's death, Florencia organizes a family reunion in the same forest where lightning struck the boy's head. Under the pretext of holding a ceremony to remember Nico, she invites her two daughters, with whom she has a complicated relationship, and her ex-husband, from whom she separated after the family tragedy. When Lita, the youngest daughter, discovers some esoteric elements in one of the boxes that Florencia has brought, she realizes that her mother has not told the truth about the ceremony and suspects, upon seeing a strange healer appear, that what her mother really intends is to carry out an invocation ritual to bring the child back to life.
